Common Inquiries

  • Can I change my order?
    If you wish to change your order please contact us through our Facebook page via FB messenger, or through email at suziechang16@gmail.com. Changes must be made 24 hrs before pickup/delivery time.
  • Do you offer same-day delivery?
    At the moment we do NOT offer same day delivery. Orders must be booked ahead of time. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
  • Do you ship outside of Oklahoma?
    We do NOT ship outside of Oklahoma. We are a small business and do not handle shipping. Thank you for understanding.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    You may not cancel an order or request a refund. However, if you wish to change your pick/delivery date, you can contact us. For any orders that had already been paid, your payments will be save towards future use as store credit if you wish to cancel.

Delivery Options

We offer delivery to Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Coweta, Owasso, and Bixby for an extra fee. Other towns or city not mentioned above will have to be negotiate upon and may include additional fees. We want to apologize, for we do NOT offer shipping at the moment. Delivery date and time will have to be book ahead of time. Please refer to our calendar before booking or contact us if you have any questions.

Store Policy

We work and prepare all orders with care, maintaining it's freshness. After your order is pick up or delivered, it is out of our responsibility to care for the flowers. Unfortunately, we do NOT offer any returns and refund at this point. Thank you for understanding.
